Praveen Kumar replaced by Pawan Suyal due to injury in CLT20 Qualifier Match... !!!


Praveen Kumar, the Mumbai Indians medium-pacer has been ruled out of the rest of the Champions League T20 due to Shoulder injury. He has been replaced by left arm bowler, Pawan Suyal.


"Praveen Kumar took part in the First Qualifier Match  against Lahore Lions and he injured his right shoulder in that game. He is undergoing assessment by doctors and reports are awaited to know the full report of the injury. He did not play in the second Match against Southern Express and was replace by new leg-spiner Shreyas Gopal", report from official Website.

Begins of T20 Night from 17th Sep....!!! :-))




The Champions League Twenty20 2014 will be the 6th edition of Champions League T20. It will be held in India from 17th September to 6th October 2014. Total no. of matches are 29 including 6 qualifier matches. 

Format of the Tournament:

This Tournament consist of two stages of matches. A qualifier stages in which 4 teams playing round robin tournament to qualify Group Stage. Two teams from qualifier stage will join the eight teams in Group Stage. In Group Stage has the teams divided in two groups, each group has five teams and Group Stage also follow a round robin tournament. Top two teams from each group will qualify for the Semi-finals and winner of Semi-finals will enter into Champions League Twenty20 2014.

Saeed Ajmal banned to Play 2015 Cricket World Cup...!!!


The International Cricket  Council (ICC) has announce that the bowling action of Pakistan off-spinner Saeed Ajmal is illegal and hence placed him under suspension from bowling in international cricket.

Ajmal's action was tested by ICC's team of Human Movement Specialist using the National Cricket Centre in Brisbane of 25th August. Now ICC became serious about illegal bowling action. West Indies off-spinner, Shane Shillingford, Sri Lank's Sachithra Senanayak, New Zeland's spiner, Kane Williomson, Bangladesh's Sohag Gazi and Zimbabwe's Prosper Utseya have all come under scanner .

Ajmal was previously reported for illegal action in 2009 and then he was tested at the bio-mechanics lab of Western Australia and he was completely clear.




After banned for bowling in International Cricket, he said, " The ban is not a problem for me that ICC stopped me from bowling because my elbow is bending beyond the 15 degrees allowed by the ICC". I can correct that, he also added.

Learn from England tour of mixed fortunes : MS DHONI

Indian Cricket Team captain said he and younger player in his team would learn from their England Tour of mixed fortunes and tour ended with the T20 defeat.

India Cricket team who lost five test match series by 3-1 but recovered win the 5-match ODI Series with the same margin. India encouraging start with drawn of 1st Test Match and in 2nd Test Match victory of 95-runs at Lords but defeat in the last 3 matches. He said, "we did in the first two matches but we could not do well in last three".

MS Dhoni worry about bowlers. He said "yorkers are still a worry, if you cannot get good yorker then you need to change your length and line"

Joe Root innovate England Team in 5th ODI..

Joe Root, England Team Star Batsman played a great inning 113 runs in 108 balls and innovates the England Team victory over the Indian Cricket Team. But India won the series by 3-1. Joe Root is the Performer of the day.



Further, T20 Cricket between India and England will be played in Edgbaston, Birmingham on 7th Sep 2014, match start from 19:30 IST. Be ready to smash from both the sides...

Teacher's Day... :-)


Overview:

Teachers' Day celebration conducted by educational institutes to honor Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. On this day, 5th September celebrated as a Teachers' Day symbol of tribute and honor to the contribution made by teachers to the society, Since 1962. Teachers have played an important role in the overall development of a person. They are capable to influence and mold a student's life positively. Every student celebrates this day to encourage and support the contribution of his or her teacher. Children need to be positively and that is done best by teachers as children get inspired by their teachers. Teachers enlighten students and shape their future.

The day describe a day of gratitude and respect to the teachers. This day is also celebrated to honor Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the great teacher, academic philosopher and India's Second President as he was born on the same day in 1888. He was a strong supporter of education. He announced that celebrating his birthday separately he requested to observe the day as Teachers' Day to give honor to the teachers and since then 5th September is celebrated as Teachers' Day in India.

Celebration:

On this day i.e. Teachers' Day, various cultural programs and activities take place in schools. Senior students dress up as teachers and take up their roles, take classes and teaching the students of primary level. In some schools feasts are arranged and in some reunions are organized between the old students and teachers. People call up their childhood teachers and let them know that they are still remembered, giving them respect & happiness.

Most students offer gifts like greeting cards, flowers, chocolates, pens, show pieces, books, etc. to their teachers on this special occasion i.e. Teachers' Day. A gift reflects the love and respect for the teachers by their students. Each one of us has been a student at some point of our lives, therefore Teachers' Day should be celebrated by all of us.

Mary Kom (Film)... !!!!

Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom born on 1 March 1983, also known as MC Mary Kom, is an Indian boxer. She is a five-time World Boxing champion, and the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the six world championships. She is the only Indian woman boxer who have qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics and winning the bronze medal. She has also been ranked as No. 4 World Women's Ranking Flyweight category.

Mary Kom Movie 2014:
Mary Kom (Movie) 2014 is a Indian biographical sports film directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali on a story Mary Kom. Rob Miller of ReelSports, the sports action director for Chak De! India and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, coordinated the sports action sequences for the film. Based on the life of the Indian boxer Mary Kom, film stars Priyanka Chopra in the lead. Sunil Thapa, Darshan Kumaar, Shishir Sharma and Zachary Coffin also star in the movie.



The film is release on 5th September 2014 and premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival 2014.
